As controversial as some of the Lego Ideas sets turn out to be, there are also quite a few that nail the original look and intention of the submission. NASA Saturn V is maybe the best example of them so far. Keep in mind, this set is (as of this writing) five years old. Sadly, I did not buy this set and the set retired at the end of 2019. But then... When I heard the set was going to be re

I saw the last two Saturn V launches when I worked at the Kennedy Space Center so my daughter bought the Saturn V set for me to build. My six year old grandson built bag 11 and 12 and I built 1-10. There were some minor issues with building the set because I didn't follow the directions exactly correctly. Otherwise it was a fun set to put together. My grandson has had a great time playing with the Saturn V. It is alm
