This set is sooo cool. It took approximately 9 hours. Some fun easter eggs and it's really cool to watch the animal take shape. The structure of this set is very sound, and you don't have to worry about it falling apart when you move it, just some of the tail vertebrae getting knocked off if you're not careful, but they are easy to put back on. Yes. There are a lot of tan pieces in this set, offset with some medium nougat and dark tan to offer shadow and texture. Tan aficionados will certainly be in their element (sorry) here. Over 700 steps and 3000 pieces later, the result is an excellent rendition. The grey elements don't detract at all, and could be described as metal parts to hold the skeleton together.
