I have never before built or owned a Speed Champions set but when I saw this set on sale, I thought "why not give it a try" - and I am glad that I did. This is a nice little set with an interesting building process. Even though the number of pieces is relatively low, it feels like you are getting a lot of car for your money. I just bought this set to add to my Speed Champions set. As this set is 7+, I took the time to get my 7-year-old son to build with me. Actually when he first opened up the set, he said that it was very similar to the green one (i.e. Lego Lotus).
