The Destiny's Bounty has a great Part per piece ratio. The minifigures are great, and it is one of the few sets to have all ninjas together. It stands out on any shelf, and the beautiful sails help add some color. The build itself has a great interior, with bed, weapons, toilet, planning room, and Dojo. It has lots of hidden areas and great side detailing. Overall, a great set.

Seeing this marvelous set in the Lego store made me instantly want it. Not owning any of the other versions of The Destiny's Bounty (9446-1 from 2012 and 70738-1 from 2015) it was a jewel to my collection. I was no big fan of the Ninjago world until I have seen the movie and until I have seen and fall in love with this set. This was one of the sets that I enjoyed most spending time with. It is full of delicious details and guarantees many hours of fun. Probably the best Lego set of 2017.
