It took me a week to decide to get this set after it came out in January, and I am so glad I did it is a great set, and an awesome addition to the modular building collection. And I would definitely recommend buying this set! I love the look of four sided modular buildings. And this one is amazing! It looks great, but it's quite a time consuming build. Minifigures are superb though, the best one being the jazz club owner and second being the tailor. To pick up the set for your city, the only thing I would suggest is adding some cars. Still, I love the greenhouse and the office upstairs and you get a lot for your money, so I think kids and adults would like this set. Also, if you wanted to, you could even change…
I love this set, it's a great addition to the Modular Buildings line. The selection of mini figs is awesome. Really happy to get a set with all printed parts, no stickers.
